Our stallions
OVER 500 ACRES IN THE HEART OF NORMANDY
Located in the Orne region, next door to Haras National du Pin, Haras de Montaigu stretches over 500 acres. The farm comprises 200 boxes divided into four units: resident broodmares, yearlings, stallions, and an annex 7 miles away for visiting broodmares during stud season and spelling horses off season as well as 5 isolated quarantine boxes. Fields of an average 10 acres area are fenced with wood.
For many years, Haras de Montaigu has been offering a whole range of services: Breeding, Livery, Consigning, Stallion Station.
The stud enjoys results at the highest level both on international racecourses and in the sales ring.
A family-owned stud for 6 generations
AUCTIONS
Flat and National Hunt, in France and abroad. The stud consigns all types of horses (foals, yearlings, stores, mares, horses in training…)
